Terms of Service

Zelenberg is a sourcing platform for agricultural inputs and equipment. In this page, "we" means Zelenberg and "you" means the person or company using the platform.

By opening an account or sending a request for quote, you accept these terms.

We list manufacturers, visit their factories, check documents, and pass requests between buyers and factories.

We are not the seller, the buyer, the carrier or the customs agent. We do not own the goods at any point.

You must give correct company details and keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

One person may not open an account on behalf of a company without permission to do so.

A request for quote is not an order. A quote from a factory is an offer, open for the period stated in it.

When you accept a quote, you agree to its price, incoterm, lead time and payment terms.

The sales contract is between you and the factory. It is governed by the quote and any contract you both sign.

Claims about quantity, quality or delay are settled between you and the factory. We help with the record and the correspondence.

Visited means a person from Zelenberg went to the factory on a stated date and recorded what they saw.

Confirmed means one named fact was checked against a document on a stated date.

Neither level is a warranty. We do not test every batch, and we do not guarantee that a factory will perform.

Payment is made by bank transfer to the factory, on the terms in the quote. We do not take card payments and we do not hold your money.

We never change bank details inside a message. If you receive such a request, stop and write to us.

You agree not to use the platform for the activities below.

We are responsible for running the platform with reasonable care. We are not liable for the acts of a buyer or a factory.

Where the law allows a limit, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend an account if the details are false, if a sanctions check fails, or if these terms are broken.

We tell you the reason in writing, and you can answer it. Trade files already created stay available to you.

We may change these terms. We publish the new version with a date and keep the previous versions available.

If a change matters to you, we write to you at least 30 days before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

Before going to court, both sides agree to try to settle the matter in writing for 30 days.
