For marketplace orders, your contract and payment are with the manufacturer. Zelenberg takes no commission from factories. AgroDeals offers have their own terms.
We work where the goods are made
Our team works from Hangzhou and Hong Kong, close to production. We arrange visits, sampling, and reports directly with the manufacturers.

Each report shows what our team saw and the day we saw it, with photos. It is a record, not an approval.

How do I request a service?
Choose a service and tell us which manufacturer on Zelenberg it concerns. We agree the scope and date with the manufacturer and confirm the full cost. Work begins after you approve the invoice and pay it.
What is free, and what is paid?
Finding manufacturers and sending a request for quote are free. You pay when you use our sourcing services in China or AgroAgent on a live order.
What costs can be added?
Some requests need third-party costs, such as laboratory fees, samples, or delivery. They appear as separate lines on your invoice, and you approve them before you pay.
Do you hold my payment for the goods?
No, not for marketplace orders. You pay the manufacturer directly, under your contract with them. Zelenberg invoices you only for its services. AgroDeals offers follow the terms shown on each offer.
Do you charge a commission on the order value?
No. Zelenberg takes no commission from manufacturers and adds no margin to their prices. Our services are invoiced separately from the goods.
When does the work start?
After we agree the scope and date with the manufacturer and receive your payment. For a scheduled visit or service, please pay at least 48 hours before the date.
