How a production report works
Tell us when you need a production update. We’ll confirm the arrangements before payment.
Send us the order details
Provide the factory name and address, product, quantity, and your preferred service date. Include any contract pages relevant to production, if available.
Confirm the date and costs
We coordinate with the factory and send one invoice. Payment must reach us at least 48 hours before the scheduled work.
We record production progress
Our team records the work completed, the steps still pending, and the conditions observed in the production area.
Receive your report
The dated report, photographs, and video are uploaded to your dashboard once the work is completed.

About the report
When should I request a production report?
Whenever you need an update during production. Tell us your preferred service date, and we’ll show what has been completed, what is underway, and what remains.
Does the report assess product quality?
No. The report covers production progress and the conditions observed. It is not an inspection, and it does not certify product quality.
Can I use the report to check progress against my contract?
Yes. We report the production progress observed on the service date. You can compare that information with the schedule and terms agreed in your contract with the manufacturer.
What if production has not started?
We report what we observe at the factory, including if production has not started.
Can I ask you to report on specific points?
Yes. Include the points you want covered in your request. We’ll confirm what our team can report on before the work begins.
Costs and timing
What does the service cost?
USD 299 is our service fee per request. Any additional costs are listed as separate items in the same invoice, so you can review and pay the total in one payment.
How long does it take?
We arrange the work for the agreed service date. The report and supporting files are uploaded to your dashboard once the work is completed.
Can you report on a factory that is not listed on Zelenberg?
No. This service is available only for factories listed on the Zelenberg marketplace.
When do I pay?
After the service date and costs are confirmed, we send you an invoice. Payment must reach us at least 48 hours before the scheduled work.

Who can access my report?
The report and supporting files are available in your account dashboard. They are not published on the marketplace.
Can I request more than one report for the same order?
Yes. You can request another report whenever you need a production update. Each request is charged separately.
Which countries do you work in?
China. Our team carries out production monitoring in China, at factories listed on Zelenberg.
